GLAMPK Shipping Policy

We deliver within Pakistan and source products directly from the UAE after your order is confirmed.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, please answer our confirmation call and press 1, or reply “Yes” to our WhatsApp confirmation message. Sourcing begins after confirmation, and delivery estimates start from that date.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery is 9–14 business days after order confirmation, allowing time for international sourcing and customs clearance. Once your shipment arrives in Pakistan and is dispatched through a local courier, local delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping rates

General-profile shipping costs PKR 290, with free shipping from PKR 6,500 for eligible General-profile orders. Please review the applicable shipping charge at checkout.

Tracking

Your tracking ID is provided once the shipment arrives in Pakistan and is dispatched through a local courier to your address. Tracking is not provided during international sourcing and transit. However you can get an update by contacting on our WhatsApp number regarding the product's current status. 

Address and order changes

Contact GLAMPK promptly with your order number for address corrections or order-change requests. Changes depend on sourcing and processing status and can be guaranteed after local dispatch. Please check your address and phone number before ordering.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. International transit, customs clearance, holidays, weather, or courier disruptions may cause delays. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, contact GLAMPK with your order number for assistance.
